Below is information on high-level actions I have taken since I became Director. If you have input I’d love to hear from you!

Prior to my work on the BoG I helped this Committee produce a report about a potential transition to an Executive Director. That report can be found here
As part of an effort to keep the bylaws & acts clean I moved to remove an act that was no longer being utilized.

I’ve been project caving since 2007 including projects in Germany Valley, WV, Lechuguilla, Fort Stanton, Wind Cave, Double Bopper(Grand Canyon), and Tears of the Turtle Cave. I’ve led projects in Wyoming and Montana, including leading the 2019 25-person two-week expedition to push the bottom of Tears of the Turtle. In 2016 I was awarded an NSS Certificate of Merit for climbing 526’ Perseverance Dome in Hellhole. I am a member of the Colorado Grotto and Northern Rocky Mountain Grotto and a lifetime NSS member.
Professionally I own a digital marketing agency. That means I help organizations, including non-profits, understand and increase engagement with people through digital platforms. I’ve managed multiple website redesigns for various clients. I am familiar with the analytics and communications platforms that organizations need today to effectively engage with the world.
Prior to that, I was the Chief Marketing Officer at a startup where I simultaneously managed the customer service and marketing departments while being responsible for a budget of 14 million dollars annually.
In my 20’s, I worked as a SPRAT certified Rope Access Technician. In that capacity, I spent a year working in Carlsbad Caverns National Park completing the rigging for the Caverns Relighting Project.
